It is the responsibility of the bride to have read and understood all conditions below.  By proceeding with booking you accept that you are entering into a contract and agree to the below.

 

TRIAL

​All trials are held in Wellington (TA21) unless otherwise arranged.  If you require me to travel to you for trial this can be done, but please note that travel charges as outlined below, plus an additional fee for travel time will be charged and will be due for payment prior to the date of the trial.

Trials are held Monday to Friday only (the earliest appointment being 8:00am and the latest being 3:30pm) – all subject to availability.

A trial is only recommended for the bride, however should other members of the bridal party wish to have a trial please let me know and as long as there is space in the diary I will do my best to accommodate.  Trials for other wedding party members are charged at £35 per person (if done at the same time as the bride’s trial) and are to be paid for at the trial (contactless card payment is available).

 

​TRAVEL

Travel is charged at 70p per mile from my home address.  Additional costs such as tolls, congestion fees and parking fees will be added to your total and may need to be invoiced separately following the wedding date.

For weddings further afield, either within the UK or abroad, please contact me for an exact quote.  For weddings within the UK but over 2 hours travel from me a simple hotel/B&B cost may need to be provided.  Please contact me to discuss your exact requirements and for a quote.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

​ A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking to secure the date.  This will be taken off your final balance.

The final balance will be invoiced to you and is required at least 14 days in advance of the wedding.

All payments should be made via bank transfer using your name as the reference.

If your final balance is not received, I reserve the right to cancel your booking, and any payments already received will not be refunded.

 

CANCELLATION

All payments including your booking fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.  In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking, you will forfeit your booking fee and any other payments made.  If the cancellation is made within 1 calendar month of the wedding date, 50% of the final balance is still required.

In the very unlikely event that I am unable to make your wedding appointment due to a personal emergency, illness, extreme weather conditions or another reason, I will give a 100% refund of any payments already made by the client.

 

INSURANCE

​I have public liability insurance.  Certificates can be provided upon request.

I advise that you take out wedding insurance from a reputable insurance provider to cover any unexpected events.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client is responsible to make me aware of any allergies that they, or members of their bridal party may have to hair products prior to the trial and wedding day.  If anyone due for hair to be done has a contagious skin condition, I will have to refuse service (payment for this person will not be refunded).

IMAGE USAGE

I often take photos of you and your bridal party at the trial and wedding day for my records, to send to you, and for my own personal portfolio.  They may be used for social media and for my website portfolio - Please state beforehand if you would not like any photos to be used.

 

DATA PROTECTION

All information held is solely for the purposes of carrying out styling on my clients.  The information will never be shared with any other organisation or third party.
